This customer focused team is the perfect training ground to help you build the fundamental skills every Technology professional needs \u2013 customer service, service management, communication, problem solving, adaptability and growth mindset. You\u2019ll become part of a team that guide our valued clients through first level technical support.<\/p>\n<p>As your expertise grows, we\u2019ll help you better understand your strengths and refine your goals. Helping to set you up for success as you navigate the next phase of the programme \u2013 specialisation!<\/p>\n<p>Specialisation is where you can start to direct your skill set and your career. This might mean Cyber, Networks, Project Management, Software Development\u2026.the options are endless!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to ongoing training and development you&#8217;ll also have the opportunity to apply for the Datacom Career Shapers Scholarship!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Datacom Scholarship <\/strong>is awarded by application and will cover a Higher Education qualification at a registered training organisation.
