Ensuring continuous monitoring of the Packing Operation for optimal performance, meeting productivity standards and the continuous efficiency of equipment<\/p>\n<p>An ideal candidate would come with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potential to step up to a Team Leader role.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and develop within the business.<\/li>\n<li>Can work as part of a team but also have the initiative to work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and production<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to develop their leadership skills or keen to use their acquired leadership skills to lead a team<\/li>\n<li>Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SAP would be advantageous however not required. We are willing to provide relevant training to the ideal candidate<\/li>\n<li>Reliability in both attendance and punctuality<\/li>\n<li>A strong can-do attitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hours of Work<\/strong>: Night shift, Sunday \u2013 Friday, 10.00pm \u2013 6.30am.
