One position for night duties only other position is day shifts only.&nbsp;<br \/>We want someone who thoroughly enjoys nursing, has excellent clinical skills, can provide engaged leadership and who has a passion for providing exceptional care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel at contemporary clinical assessment, making the most of funding we receive. You\u2019ll be confident using the ACFI funding recording tool to achieve this.<\/li>\n<li>You will oversee the clinical assessment process to ensure that each of our residents\u2019 complex care needs are identified and regularly reviewed, reassessed and updated in their care plan.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll advocate with and for our clients and their carers and families to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll contribute to a cohesive and harmonious team that respects each other\u2019s ideas, integrity and abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Your clinical leadership will ensure complex care and specialized nursing services are delivered by appropriately skilled staff under clinically-focused supervision.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll support your team by sharing your knowledge, providing mentoring and clinical supervision on shift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered Nurse, endorsed by AHPRA<\/li>\n<li>Proof of hours completed as registered nurse<\/li>\n<li>Flu Vaccination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the aged care sector and clinical nursing<\/li>\n<li>Insight into how relevant state and Commonwealth legislation impacts aged care services<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of the ACFI funding instrument and aged care accreditation standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; culture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uniting is proud to be an EEO employer.
