About the Gig<\/strong> 
So how will you help <\/strong>3 of the most loved Restaurant Brands in Australia<\/strong>?<\/strong> You will elevate the love that customers have for our brands, through improving and personalising their interactions, ultimately driving positive behavioural change.<\/strong>
 
As the CRM Campaign Executive<\/strong> you will report to the Head of Digital. <\/strong>Your central focus is making it easier for customers to interact with our restaurants. You will ensure customers receive timely, valuable and personalised communications<\/strong> that help drive loyalty and frequency, in turn positively benefitting our Franchise partners and the rest of craveable brands.<\/strong>
 
Some core functions of your role will be CRM Campaign Execution, Campaign Analytics, Promotional Planning, Marketing Technology <\/em>Development<\/em> and Improving Digital Campaigns<\/em>.
 
About You<\/strong> 
You have at least 2 years’ experience in a CRM Campaign Executive field, with experience building HTML emails. Intermediate or greater HTML knowledge is advantageous. Also, you possess a solid marketing background of 4+ years across multiple disciplines.
 
You prioritise the customer experience, value customer satisfaction, and enjoy building relationships to drive brand commitment. You are detail-oriented and display accuracy in all that you do. You are highly analytical in that you can crunch and manipulate numbers to better understand them.
