We\u2019re proudly owned by Intersnack, a privately owned company founded in Germany in 1968.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intersnack has a large portfolio of local and international snack brands, from potato chips, nuts, and baked products to specialty snacks and are present in over 30 countries across Europe, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Intersnack is passionate about enriching people\u2019s lives with the right choice of great-tasting snacks. Every day, more than 15 million consumers around the globe enjoy our products!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although internationally owned, here at Griffin\u2019s, we are also proudly local! We manufacture great-tasting products at our two factories in South Auckland, New Zealand. For over 150 years, we&#8217;ve been making some of New Zealand&#8217;s favourite biscuits, crackers, potato chips and nut bars. It&#8217;s been a pretty delicious journey, but for us, it&#8217;s been about more than just the food. Ever since John Griffin opened our first factory early in the 19th century, our communities have mattered to us too.
