Meet Katie: She started as a Team Member and is now an Assistant Restaurant Manager. She also won Nando’s global Master Griller challenge, which took her to Malaysia and Botswana. As Katie says:

With the right support, training, and a dash of PERi-PERi passion, they grow into team leaders, assistant managers, and restaurant managers like Dylan, who started as a Nandoca and is now a Manager and part of the Nando’s Partnership program. While his initial goal was simply to earn some money, his career took an unexpected and fulfilling turn as he steadily climbed the ranks, from Shift Leader to Assistant Manager, and ultimately Restaurant Manager.
