We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. 

About the Role

This is a full-time, temp role for 8-weeks that will serve as a support for the Supply Chain Team and will report into the Supply Chain Category Manager. 

Your day-to-day tasks may include reporting, chasing stock, check and communicate with suppliers, attending key meetings and engaging with a variety of stakeholders. 

Your core focus will be to work with Franchise Partners and Suppliers to ensure quick and sustainable complaint resolution. As well as, coordinating periodic business reviews with key suppliers – involving all stakeholders. Assist with tenders, negotiations and ensure contracts are in place, and work with suppliers to identify cost optimisation opportunities, key improvement opportunities and develop action plans in smaller categories. You will also support category managers by maintaining planning documents and be the secondary contact for brand support, own field communication through various channels and inventory item maintenance in Macromatix. 

About You

You are eager to learn, are highly articulate, remain composed under pressure,  have 2-3 years experience in a supply chain role and have ERP system experience with ideal knowledge in Macromatix. You will need intermediate to advanced excel skills and be particularly competent in utilising pivot tables and VLookup, and experience in the Food and Beverage industry is ideal.
