Service Desk Officer

About the role:

Based in Parramatta’s CBD, our next permanent Service Desk Officer will be responsible for internal customer service by providing additional knowledge, guidance and training to all Uniting staff around systems and procedures as well as provide information around payroll and other enquiries.

Further to this you will assist our 1800 team that provides service to both existing and potential new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support through phone, email and ServiceNow system
• Minimise impact of incidents, requests and problems
• Accurate logging of calls, emails and tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Work with a variety of support groups, vendors and customers to resolve issues

Experience:

• Demonstrated Customer Service, Call Centre or Service Desk experience
• Remote user support experience in a complex organisation
• Ability to work as part of collaborative, multifaceted team
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
