About the Gig
You will be Reporting to the Head of Construction and Development, using your personable style to deliver Property Projects across our three brands. As the Property Project Manager you will be building relationships with all stakeholders within craveable brands. network as well utilising your sound technical knowledge to execute on our projects.
We are continuously expanding and looking to make a difference in our store presentation and locations. To support this approach, your role will focus on managing projects (New store/Refurbishment) in relation to risk, timeline and budget.
Do you love connecting and interacting with people? Because we do! You will be charged with building strong relationships with our Asset Managers, the Head of Design, suppliers, shopfitters, contractors, landlords and developers to get our projects delivered on budget and in time.
You will be reporting, planning and executing exciting property projects while ensuring that we find creative solutions to delivery issues.
While managing projects, you will adhere to WHS standards, Safety Leadership is a priority, and as Safety is paramount to our organisation in everything we do, you will be influencing contractors to ensure they view Safety through this lens too
About You
Ideally you will have 5 plus years of proven experience in Construction Project Management and prior experience in QSR, FMCG or Franchise Network fit outs would be greatly advantageous.
Coupled with budgeting and time management skills, you will need to be agile/nimble, take initiative and execute on calculated risks.
You must have sound construction knowledge, including specifically building stages, timeframes and costs, risks, and statutory requirements.
We are also looking for a high level of ability to manage stakeholders as you deliver results, and work through setbacks effectively.
This role will suit you if you love tackling demanding goals and can do so while acting with integrity and ethics, in a timely and effective manner.
