About the Gig
As the Project Coordinator you will be reporting to the Head of Construction and Development. Utilising your confident, interpersonal approach to build relationships with various external and internal stakeholders; assisting with delivering our wide range of exciting and diverse Property Construction and Development Projects.
 
You will be the central point of contact for numerous stakeholders throughout and be crucial in delivering projects, on budget, in scope and on time. Including reporting, planning, execution, invoicing and ad hoc administration of property projects adhering to budgets and timelines.

Focusing on pulling all the various elements of the projects together with a strong degree of positive influence and general leadership will see the team and yourself being successful. 

As well as making Safety Leadership a priority, as Safety is paramount to our organisation in everything we do, you will be influencing contractors to ensure they view Safety through this lens too.
 
Your role will mean being not only caring and looking after your team but bringing your team together when needed to deliver.
 
About You
Ideally you will have 5 plus years of proven experience in Property Project Coordinator and prior experience in QSR, FMCG or Franchise Networks would be greatly advantageous.

Coupled with budgeting and time management skills, you will need to be agile, nimble, and able to take initiative and calculated risks.

You will also have to have sound leasing knowledge as well as statutory requirements within Property Construction and Development coupled with experience in administrative functions of Invoicing, documentation and adherence to systems and processes.

A high level of ability to positively build relationships, deliver results, meet expectations and cope with pressure and setbacks effectively is an absolute MUST.
