About the role 

Opportunity for a Process Operator to join our team in Te Rapa who will be accountable to ensure the operation of equipment, completing the necessary quality, safety, and plant checks to meet production and customer demands within business parameters.

Best in class training will be given but what is essential is that the successful candidate can demonstrate a strong commitment to Health & Safety and Food Safety and the willingness to learn and develop within the business.

• Personal accountability to be at your best
• Previous experience in Manufacturing is preferred but not compulsory
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passionate about Health and Safety & Food Safety
• High Ambition, Integrity and learning ability
• Availability to work rotating shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night)

Hours of Work: Rotating shift. Week 1, 8 hour shift (Sun – Thurs) (10.00pm – 6.00am), Week 2, 8 hour shift (Mon – Fri) (6.00am – 2.00pm) & Week 3, 10 hour shift (Mon – Thurs) (12.00pm – 10.00pm, Friday Rostered Day Off)
