About the Gig
Bring your deep understanding of brand planning, decision making and execution skills to the team at Red Rooster.  We need you to help our brand leap into the present by planning and delivering on a broad range of key marketing and positioning initiatives.  Have true ownership of the Red Rooster brand transformation.
 
You will be focused on developing the Red Rooster brand strategy and marketing plans as well as embedding the new brand identity & positioning across all touchpoints (store design, uniforms, creative, packaging, menu design).
Manage the product menu, innovation pipeline and retail calendar campaigns in line with strategy, in conjunction with the key component of menu pricing and positioning. You will also be responsible for managing the development of your team of 3 different Marketing Professionals.
 
About you
Ideally, you will have 4+ years’ of technical marketing experience, coupled with knowledge of the FMCG/QSR industry, centered on consumer products.
 
Within your background you will have experience focusing on brand planning combined with delivery and transformation projects across the full Marketing life cycle. This should be driven from your strong commercial background and deep technical marketing knowledge.
 
This is an autonomous role, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions, persuade stakeholders and then be able to execute on your decisions. While demonstrating your leadership skills and successfully manage a small team, exhibit confidence, and demonstrate resilience.  Also, you must be hungry for results and always push for continual performance improvement.
