Here at craveable brands. we operate over 570 restaurants across 3 iconic Australian grown chicken brands; Red Rooster, Oporto and Chicken Treat. Combined, our restaurants hire over 12,500 employees and serve over 150,000 customers a day. It’s safe to say we’re cooking.
 
Our IT team is behind the shared tools and platforms that form our tech backbone. There are around 30 of us here in Sydney and in the Philippines, all working hard, having fun and taking our brands and restaurants into the future while adapting to whatever comes our way. Ensuring our brands are at the forefront of technology is at the core of what we do. Which means thinking big, thinking fast – and doing both every day.
 
About the Gig
Reporting directly to the General Manager IT, you will lead and manage our offshore team based in the Philippines to support all areas of the organisation with Technology issues across all our platforms. You will empower and develop the team to achieve goals, providing outstanding service to our Franchise Partners and corporate office sites (Restaurant Support Centre).

The role will focus on developing our service management processes to drive service delivery excellence. With our people we achieve great things. Leading your team to actively seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities, inspired by best practice to make a long-lasting difference.

Establishing supportive relationships with our vendors is key for success. You will work closely with our vendors, delivering exceptional service and value.

Supporting and developing your team is at the core of this role. Through coaching and mentoring, you will focus on creating an engaged and high performing team environment that delivers exceptional service. Working together with your team, you will ensure the technology support strategy is executed and the needs of the business are met.

About you
You are passionate about leading teams and have experience with international teams, achieving exceptional results and customer service excellence. With recognised tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Information Systems, you bring significant experience in service delivery and service management in dynamic and entrepreneurial organisations where access to reliable technology is fundamental.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to engage and influence senior leaders will improve your success in this role. You will enjoy access to a range of internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Maintaining your calm and professional demeanour is paramount whilst working collaborative in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment where we strive to deliver performance achievement and improvements through positive, inclusive and people orientated actions. Along with excellent adaptive leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams will see you flourishing in this role.

Ideally you have experience delivering services to distributed organisations with hundreds of locations such as quick service restaurants or retailers.  You understand the critical nature of support and combine a get it done attitude with genuine empathy for the Franchise Partners and store crew requesting support.
