About the Gig
What is the purpose of an Inbound Sales Representative? To nurture and convert online Franchising enquiries into prospective Franchising Partners!
As a member of the franchising team, you will be the person helping enquiries find the most suitable franchising solution for them in a professional phone manner. You will be speaking with prospective Franchise Partners in a consultative sales approach.
Your role will primarily be responsible for responding to inbound franchise enquiries and helping candidates advance in the sales funnel. While doing so, you will be assisting candidates compare franchise business options as well as pushing CRM (Salesforce) based literature to candidates.
Working within the franchising team, you will report to the General Manager of Franchising in our Queensland office.
About You
Ideally, you will have 3+ years’ experience in sales/inside sales role, coupled with experience with, managing inbound leads and nurturing them to warm prospects. Some Franchise industry experience would be highly advantageous as well.
You will be able to demonstrate that you can converse with people and build a rapport, with the ability to uncover implicit leads. Additionally, well-developed computer literacy with the ability to simultaneously talk and type while navigating different systems will be highly valued.
