We are on the hunt for a Graduate Accountant to support the business operations and sit within the New Zealand Finance function. There will be opportunities to apply skills and theory you have learned including analysis, problem solving and process improvement. You will be supporting the Assistant Accountant and Financial Reporting Manager with corporate accounting, taxation, and treasury, in accordance with applicable legislation, company standards, policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an orientation for customer service, a high level of attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and sound knowledge of accounting.

The successful applicant will have:
- An accounting degree (BCom or similar) preferably with some work experience in the accounting field
- Wanting to pursue certification as a Chartered Accountant (we’re an ATE)
- Highly organised, resilient, tenacious, positive, and motivational
- Proactive, solutions focused and eager to develop a long-term career with Alsco.
