Uniting Treetops Preschool in Warriewood is a not-for-profit, community-based facility providing education and care for 3-5 year old’s on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our service is approved for 60 children each day and is deeply committed to inclusivity and equal access for all.

Working collaboratively with educators, children and families you will develop, plan and implement an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and sustainability.

Within our purpose-built preschool nestled in the unique natural bushlands surrounding the premises at Pittwater Uniting Church, our warm and welcoming service operates during school terms and offers stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.

At Uniting Treetops Preschool, we pride ourselves on being a committed team of educators that are proactively involved within our local community.

This is a part time permanent role 3 days per week with the working days being Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

What do I need to succeed? 

  • Bachelor Teaching / Early Childhood Education
  • A willingness to engage and incorporate our Christian ethos into daily curriculum is expected.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an ECT in a Room Leader role
  • Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Willingness to work alongside the local congregation and community
  • An passion for nature pedagogy is desirable
