Customer Service Representative

We are looking to hire someone to join our customer services team, with energy to build on what we have in our Profiles and Glass Departments.

In a typical day, you will answer inbound support queries via email and phone to our fabricator network. You will be working closely alongside our operations and sales team(s) and work collaboratively to decrease our NCPs.

This role is diverse as we expect to train an individual on all aspects of customer services. You will be working as a team to complete all tasks required.
