About the Gig
 
So how will you be helping 3 of most loved Restaurant Brands in Australia? You will maintain the lifecycle of the digital applications supporting franchise partners and direct consumers
  
As the Customer Facing Applications Manager you will be reporting to the Head of IT Operations. You will be crucial in executing application lifecycle management in a structured process. While managing the product lifecycle for our applications, you will ensure the application maintenance and support capability is upheld by our vendors as well as providing continuous applications support. You will also be responsible for commercial communications, and the management of the relationship with applications vendors, including measuring and checking vendor performance.
  
About You 
Ideally you will have 3 years plus experience with lifecycle management of applications with previous experience in QSR, FMCG or retail environment being advantageous.

You will need to possess an operations mindset, be execution oriented and have quick problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystem (ideally AWS Solutions Architect associate certification or higher) would be preferred as well as working knowledge of serverless event driven computing (SQS, SNS, Lambda, API gateway), coupled with an understanding of Javascript/NodeJS, and/or Python would be ideal.
