About the Gig
As the Customer Facing Applications Manager you will be reporting to the Head of IT Operations. Utilising your expertise and knowledge, you will deliver and maintain awesome digital platforms to drive convenience. So how will you be helping 3 of most loved Restaurant Brands in Australia? You will maintain the lifecycle of the digital applications supporting franchise partners and direct consumers.
You will own and drive continuous improvement through people capability, process optimisation and technology improvements as well as mange the product lifecycle for our applications to maintain currency for function and availability. You are crucial to the maintenance of administration tasks for digital platforms including online ordering platforms, Salesforce CRM, loyalty and brand websites. Also, you will build and maintain positive working relationships with partners as well as key stakeholders such as Brand Operations, Brand Marketing, and the Technical team to ensure that We Win Together.
About You
Ideally you will have 3 years plus experience with lifecycle management of customer facing applications with previous experience in QSR or FMCG being advantageous. Knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystem (ideally AWS Solutions Architect associate certification or higher) would be preferred as well as working knowledge of serverless event driven computing (SQS, SNS, Lambda, API gateway), coupled with Javascript/NodeJS, and/or Python would be ideal.
Your ability to apply your detailed expertise and technology while having to adapt to change and accept new ideas will be essential to this role. While you analyse information and produce solutions, you must act with integrity and ethics as well as present and communicate clearly and show the credibility of your work.
