About the role:
This is a maternity leave contract role with the potential to go permanent.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, as a key business partner to our brands, you will be responsible for taking a lead role in the provision of specialised, high level financial and commercial analysis and insights to support each brand up to the CEO level. Partnering with the wider business, you will play a multi-faceted customer role in engaging all departments on financial related matters, as well as external stakeholders such as our Franchise Partners.

The role is critical to the business success of our brands, and you will take ownership of brand budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure timely and accurate targets critical to the financial success of our brands. You will manage the financial outcomes for the brand by effective tracking of sales performance and providing analytics and insights to make informed business decisions that drive the brand strategic plans.

Working closely with each brand, you will provide effective and efficient financial reporting and analysis as required by the brands as per periodic reporting suite and other ad-hoc requests related to any strategic initiatives or projects.
  
About you:
You’ll be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified, with strong experience working in corporate commercial financial management environment. You’ll have exceptional analytical & financial modelling skills, plus be strong in business partnering with the ability to partner cross functionally and across all levels of business, including executive level, to bring value to the business.  

You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skill coupled with a confident presentation style. Your ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, and communicate insights and recommendations to wider audience will make you a standout for this role.

We are on the look-out for an individual with experience working in a fast paced, consumer goods or highly commercial and customer-orientated environment; and prior QSR/Retail or FMCG experience would be highly regarded.
