Key Details:

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
  • $27.00 per hour plus earnable bonuses
  • Comprehensive training program provided.

About the Role:

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations through phone and email interactions. Your main tasks will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Advocating for customers in a proactive manner
  • Utilising PC systems and Microsoft applications effectively
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Acting efficiently and promptly in unique industry-related scenarios

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Familiarity with PC systems and Microsoft applications
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
