Start your career with APA
About APA
APA is a leading Australian energy infrastructure business with workplaces in all mainland state and territory capitals, alongside multiple regional, rural and remote centres.
We understand that you may not have heard of us before. So we understand that you’ve probably never considered a career with us. However, we are now rolling out apprentice positions at a handful of sites each year, making now a great time to consider a career with us.
Meet Ashley – APA Electrical Technician
Think a trade career is just for the boys? Wrong. We really want to see more females in trade careers, and we encourage any girls out there who have wondered about becoming an Electrician, to take that next step and apply.
Watch this interactive Q&A with Ashley to hear from one of our highly skilled Electrical Technicians talking about why she chose a trade career, what she enjoys about it, and advice for females considering this path (click on the bubbles or use the space bar to navigate).
APA supports and encourages females to consider trade careers, and we would love you to come in for some work experience or apply for one of our positions. If you have any questions about the Program & roles, or would like to direct questions to our female technicians, please contact us at the details below – we’d love to hear from you!
