About the Gig
Reporting directly into the CEO Oporto, your roles is so much more than just an admin guru.  You will be rolling up your sleeves, enabling the team to optimise their financial, project, process and meeting controls; ensuring the Oporto team work within allocated budgets and are delivering outcomes.
 
You will be managing the Oporto team collaboration, the purchasing process including PR, PO, Invoicing and allocating cost.  With a clear oversight of the projects’ budgets and expenditure you will be able to identify areas of efficiency in the budget and spending.
 
About You
Ideally you will have some experience within a Quick Service Restaurant business, working with tight timeframes and budgets.  It is essential you will have experience managing Operating and Capital Expenditure budgets.

Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills are a must!
 
You’ll have exceptional communication skills and be confident with diary management, travel arrangements and be decisive in your actions.
