Meet Jessi – Technical Graduate
Working at Goodman Fielder as a graduate has been an incredible experience and a significant milestone in my career journey. Coming from a technical background, I initially expected to focus solely on R&D. However, the graduate program has offered me the opportunity to explore a variety of roles beyond my original field. Each rotation is more than just a trial — it’s been a hands-on learning experience with real impact. These diverse experiences have allowed me to collaborate across different functions, engage with various stakeholders, and absorb a wide range of knowledge. Not only have I gained a deeper understanding of the business, but I’ve also learned more about myself — what I enjoy, where my strengths lie, and what I want to pursue in the future.
I would highly recommend this graduate program to anyone interested in the FMCG industry, who is passionate about learning, growing, and making a difference.

Meet Ashlen – Corporate Graduate
The Early Careers Program at Goodman Fielder has provided me with fantastic opportunities to grow as a young professional. From working on our manufacturing sites—witnessing the production of our quality products — to gaining experience in our head office, the chance to work across different functions has been incredibly valuable. Coming from a background in International Business, I’ve had the opportunity to spend a year in multiple supply chain roles at Chelsea Sugar, followed by a year in our Export Dairy team, supporting our business development managers before moving into a finance-based rotation within the same team. While my rotations were longer than typical, embracing each opportunity as it came allowed me to build deeper expertise and gain a well-rounded view of the business. I’ve really valued the chance to work across different areas of the company and collaborate with a range of teams and different people, which has helped me develop new skills, challenged me professionally and broadened my commercial understanding.
