The Early Careers Graduate Program is a full-time employment opportunity open for talented early-career professionals who will become our future leaders.
We have intakes each January and recruit between August and October for new graduates to join us.
To be eligible to apply, you will need
- To hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree
- To have graduated within the last 2 years or finishing your studies at the time of applying
- To be able to relocate to Auckland to commence employment
- Be flexible to complete some of your programme outside Auckland in our manufacturing sites.
- To be eligible to work in New Zealand.
Who do we need?
Curious problem solvers with high learning agility, you enjoy working with data and can form and shape insights from this; you are persistent and believe there is always room to improve.
You are interested in forging a career in Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing or Supply Chain.
We also need technically qualified grads for our R&D function as well as Operations. So if you are a Mechanical or Process Engineer or are qualified in Food tech or science, then we also would love to hear from you.

At the commencement of the programme from January you will be immersed into a 2-year career acceleration programme where you will be exposed to our end to end value chain and gain invaluable experience working on varying projects so you understand how we get that Vogels to your toaster.
A dynamic fast paced world is fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and we have a wide range of talented individuals who will guide you through your 2 year journey ensuring your toolkit is complete to land in a full time permanent position at the end of your graduate programme.
Additional learning interventions are provided through out your first year with additional leadership training to ensure we have provided you a full suite of skills to continue your career within Goodman Fielder as well as guidance from a senior leader mentor, a buddy system and a lead from the people space to ensure we have wrapped a full support team around you.
